• Card Message: Please use the "SPECIAL REQUEST" field to indicate WHO the arrangement is for AND the "message" you want to include. 
• Delivery Date: Please use the "SPECIAL REQUEST" field the for the DATE you want the arrangement delivered.
• Delivery Time: If you wish to specify the "time" of delivery, please use the "SPECIAL REQUEST" field and tell us when you want them delivered.
• Pickup: If you wish to pickup your order, please select the "Pickup" option from the "Shipping Method" drop down menu during checkout!
• Same Day Delivery: If you require same day delivery, please call us directly with your order at (440) 428-5138
• Shipping Address: We will deliver your order to address entered in the SHIPPING ADDRESS field during checkout. 
• Customization: Looking to customize an item you found online? Please call (440) 428-5138 and place your order directly with one of our staff members over phone.
